I've used West Country over the last few months as I inherited an old house from my dad. After another company installed a new cistern for me, I was left with several leaks from the toilet.
West Country has given me a great service whenever I have used them and charged a very reasonable rate for their services.
Nikolaos has been out to me several times and has quickly fixed all the toilet issues left to me by the other plumbers. He was very professional and will definitely be requested next time the toilet goes wrong or when I change my taps.
My Boiler was serviced by Craig recently and he gave the usual fantastic, professional service that I have come to expect from West Country.
I will definitely keep using this company for my future plumbing needs.

From my first call in to Michelle the service received was amazing! My cistern was causing me trouble which I could not repair. The date and time given to me for a plumber to attend was a very quick turn around which put my mind at ease. When Jake attended he was very helpful, and completed the work professionally and exactly as I required. I will definitely be doing business again in future!

I have been using this company for a couple of years now and I can honestly say they are fantastic. My boiler seems to work much better and more efficiently (used a very well known company before who weren’t so good!) and they are all so friendly and polite and knowledgeable. Billy came yesterday for our annual service and also helped fix a leaky sink and advised on some plumbing issues. Nothing is too much trouble and I can strongly recommend them. We feel in very good hands ! Well done !

I couldn't be more pleased with the service I get from WCP. I've been using them for a few years on a couple of rental properties - their customer service is great and their plumbers show up on time, are courteous and communicative, and do a good job. Most recently, they successfully sourced and installed a hard-to-find bathroom tap cartridge without too much difficulty.

From the first phone call to completion this company were outstanding.
After a frantic first phone call with Michelle ( who is fabulous ) I had an electrician visit within an hour with far better news than a previous electrician. Their quote was also way better than previous electrician. We had an over bath shower installed in new build house plus extra tiling, an outside hot and cold tap and gas hob capped and removed and new induction hob fitted, but not before realising that I hadn’t measured it ( I know typical woman ) but it was no bother someone came made the hole bigger and induction hob fitted the next day. Honestly one of the best company’s we have used. They were professional, friendly, clean, polite and nothing was too much trouble. Well done to you all and thank you for all your hard work. We will definitely use them again and will definitely highly recommend.
