Our 2nd time using Chris & Top-flite team. We’re very happy repeat customers: they did a great job installing some roof ventilation ahead of an insulation job, and taking down / lowering two chimney stacks to address damp issues. Very professional and efficient throughout - work to high standards, all cleaned up instantly. We were particularly happy with the great communications - one of the stacks ended up being complex and needing significant coordination with neighbours and scaffolders, to meet a cut-off date. Chris was great at being responsive, clear on high-level requirements and availability, and in discussing technical aspects directly with scaffolder. Made this much easier! We’d wholeheartedly recommend the Top-flite roofing team!

I contacted Chris to fix a leak I had in my flat roof extension. I was in the middle of having my kitchen fitted and urgently needed the roof replacing. Chris was very helpful and was able to fit me in quickly. His team at Top Flite Roofing replaced the roof within a day and left the environment clean and tidy. The roof looks fantastic and has a 25 year guarantee. I would definitely recommend Top Flight Roofing to anyone.

We were thoroughly impressed by the high quality of workmanship and the professionalism displayed by the team responsible for the project. Each member of the team exceeded our expectations, and their presence on-site was consistently courteous and efficient. Our roof wasn’t the easiest to work on but all work was carried out to a fantastic standard. Problems that arose during the work were all dealt well and resolved without anything phasing them. We highly recommend this company for any roofing-related needs and would not hesitate to use them again.

I am 100% happy with the roof and facia work Chris and his team have done. From the outset, Chris gave me great advice as to how to solve various issues, about what needed to be done and what didn't need to be done. He visited regularly over the 3 weeks the job took to check on the progress. His team were excellent. They took great care with all aspects of work, and went above and beyond what I had expected.
I have absolutlely no hesitation in recommending Chris!
