Simon inspected our roof and was very friendly and efficient. After accepting the quote Hodders Roofing failed to contact me with a date to do the work and failed to return my call and emails.
Great experience from start to finish. I had a simple job on our three storey townhouse, Simon came out and gave me the best of the 3 quotes I got. He had great knowledge and spotted what could be the cause of our problem and told us what could be done to fix it. His roofer came out and kept me informed throughout and went the extra mile to make it a really good job.
Only left 1 star as less was not possible. Terrible company, wouldn't touch with a bargepole. In addition to incredibly high. rip off prices, their drivers consistently park all up on the pavement and outside anyones house but their own as they obviously don't want to be looking at dirty great white work vans out of their windows all night. Terrible customer service, owner doesn't give a toss. AVOID AVOID AVOID
