I've used MJ Taylor plumbing & heating for home heating upgrade, boiler replacement and complete bathroom replacement. On every occasion I've been impressed with the quality of the work, the courteous and professional team and the competitive pricing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future. Seeing their red duck vans out and about always makes me smile and I've recently seen a blue duck van! It appears they're now installing aircon too.

Prompt response ,to discovering a water mark on my living room ceiling, by Morgan very much appreciated. Problem quickly identified , leak capped , and new appliance ordered. This was fitted by Daniel at a time convenient to me. Excellent service once again. This firm is my first line of call for any plumbing issue , and one I recommend to friends. Thank you both.

I've been using MJ Taylor for quite a few years now, Morgan and the team are great to work with, they are very professional, arrive when they say they will and are always open and honest about the work. They have always completed every job to a great standard. Highly recommended!

Based on other reviews, I assume these guys do a great job - if you can get them to a point of actually committing to the work.
I've been in contact with MJ Taylor Plumbing for just over a month in relation to a boiler service, fixing a bath's mixer controls and a few odds and ends. The phone call and visit that eventually happened were pleasant and left me with confidence but unfortunately, it has been extremely hard work to get them to follow through. The initial appointment was cancelled 1 hour after it was booked. They then said they'd follow up with a new time and didn't. I chased twice and eventually left a voicemail to which I got a message saying they'd be with me the next day. The time changed and it wasn't the boss that came out in the end as promised but the visit was productive. I was promised a quote follow up. 4 working days later and I have to chase up the quote. 5 working days later I get a response saying quote will be with me the next day. Next day comes and goes ... and another. Still no quote.
It's extremely hard work when you're trying to buy a service and have no idea where you stand. Everyone is busy but displaying integrity and following through on what you're saying you're going to do is important when you're trusting someone else to do a job that is beyond your skillset. Disappointed, stressed, let down.

Can highly recommend MJ Taylor Plumbing. We had a kitchen pipe blockage, which they dealt with quickly and efficiently. Really good communication throughout and minimal disruption. Very impressed, as good trades people are rare these days.
